Bethel Woods’ Chief Executive Officer, Darlene Fedun, adds, “We rely on the generous financial support of individuals, businesses and foundations to sustain and grow our curriculum and expand arts engagement for youth and families in our region.  One hundred percent of the proceeds from this event will fund education, community and museum programming at Bethel Woods. We are grateful to Empire Resorts, Deutsch Brands and to all of our donors for their support.”

The five course dinner will be prepared by Bethel Woods food service partner Ovations, led by Executive Chefs Robert St. Lawrence and Mark Woinoski who won a gold medal at the third annual “Taste Exposure and Culinary Challenge” in 2012.  Also for the second year in a row, the dinner is co-chaired by Tim McCausland, Vice President, Corporate Strategy & Business Development, Orange County Trust Company, also an event sponsor, and Dan Teplesky, Superintendent, Monticello Central School District.
