Our entire team works tirelessly to create the magic that is Monticello Casino and Raceway. From big cash giveaways, cool loyalty merchandise gifts and even chances to win a million dollars, our collective focus is to create a fun environment for your entertainment.
We recently replaced all the equipment in the Players’ Club to ensure that we are operating as quickly and efficiently as possible. Our goal is to exceed your expectations. For that very reason, I’m excited to share with you some enhancements we’re making to the Players’ Club system. What does this mean? A lot, actually. This substantial investment in technology will take promotions and winning opportunities here at Monticello Casino and Raceway to a whole new level. We will be able to maximize your fun, by creating cool, new ways to win.
We’re upgrading our self-service kiosks. These sleek new machines will allow you to skip the Players’ Club line to redeem your rewards whenever you’re ready. The new self-service kiosks have increased functionality that we currently do not provide and you’ll love the new games and new ways to win on the kiosks.
We’re scheduled to perform our upgrade September 6, 2016. Allow me to apologize in advance for any inconvenience that any temporary delay in service may cause you. Our Players’ Club will remain open throughout this upgrade so please stop by the Club to ask any questions that you have. We’re always happy to provide the best service we can.
