Trainer Murray Bassen has bragging rights this week as his Trevor One scored in a wire to wire win in 1:56.1 – $12.20 over American Zest A (Larry Stalbaum) and Nui Ba Den N (Brandan Parker) in this week’s Open Pace $6,900, Trevor One is owned by Gray Thunder Stables and Platinum Gold. The son of American Ideal set a seasonal mark for his second win of the year, and was driven to victory by Jimmy Devaux.

Race lightly as a 2 year old, JM’s Rollin won his second consecutive start for trainer Ken Koch who enjoyed a training double on the card, JM’s Rollin is a 3-year-old son of Roll With Joe, today he was impressive in a 5 length romp in 1:59.4 – $2.10. Kochs other winner was Jessicas Beach Boy who scored in 1:57.3 is now tied with 2 others as having the most wins for the year with 5 trips to the winner’s circle.
