Since arriving in Bo Sowers Stable after being claimed in the last week of February, Dirtylittelies has 6 wins, 1 Place and 3 show finishes, her win this afternoon in the $7,600 Open for Fillies and Mares brings her to National prominence as she is now tied with Century Mach for the most wins by an Aged Pacing Mare in the Country.
Making her first start in Open company she took the overland route starting her first over bid at the half and continually grinded her way to sit alongside pacesetter Aberdeen Seelster at the ¾ pole and take control enroute to a 2 length victory in 1:57.2, Aberdeen Seelster (Bruce Aldrich Jr.) finished second followed by Fear My Shadow (Mike Merton). The 4-year-old daughter of Rockin Image is owned by Clifford Grundy of Boca Raton, Florida, she now has earning of just over $30,000 and was driven to the win by Mcgwire Sowers.
