Smart Talker takes Open

Trainer Art Green is enjoying the ride this year with his Smart Talker, the son of Well Said took in some Catskill Mountain air, after being parked the middle half of the mile to in the Open Pace, he still had enough in the tank to win from behind by a length in 1:55.4 – $16.00 for driver Mac Sowers.  Iammrbrightside N (Parker) finished second followed by the pace setter Barnabas (Huckabone)

Bob Davis drove his Nerve Of Steel N to victory in the EWEY Amateur driving event in 1:58.4- $5.80, Ralph Silvestri III had a driving double on the 11 race card

The fastest mile of the day went to Rock On Line (Brandon Parker) in 1:54.1 for trainer Johnny Desimone,
