After a 6-week hiatus from the winners circle, this afternoon Chip Chip Conway the 2/5 betting favorite earned his 9 win on the year by virtue of a wire to wire score in 1:57.3. He was driven to victory by leading driver Jim Taggart Jr. and is trained by Gary Messenger.  Swizzle Hanover was second followed by Patrick Hanover.
