Monticello Raceway Raise Purses for the Third Time

For the third time since March, Monticello Raceway Race Secretary Eric Warner has one again raised the purses at the Mighty M.

Both Open events now race for $9,300 and 15,000 claimers vie for $8,900, Eric Warner said “We are hopeful will the increased purse’s that we can attract more horses, it is difficult at this time of the year with all the tracks now online and racing, hopefully this will equate to more entries in the box”
