The afternoons 10 race card was highlighted by a $7,500 Open Trot with a full field of 8. DC Anna (B. Aldrich Jr.) started from post 3 and was the first to the top until the quarter pole when Doo Wop Kid (M. Merton) pulled the pocket and grabbed the lead with a first panel of 28.3. He stayed on top 58.3, 1:29, he had 2 lengths on the pack turning for home but DC Anna gave him a brief run but it was not enough and scored in 1:58.4-$2.76 for the Alan Schwartz trainer, Kameran Hanover got up for third (T. Merton).

Rusty Beach (M. Sowers) made it 2 in a row after a 1:58.3 – $4.82 win, Former Totter and Horse of the year Chip Chip Conway (J. Taggart Jr.) scored his first win on the year, a 2 length win in 2:01.1 – $7.94, it was his 53rd lifetime win.

Brothers Tom and Mike Merton each recorded driving doubles.
