It was a red afternoon, between Ralph Silvestri, Kyle Dibenedetto and Jimmy Devaux they won half of the card, it’s hard to believe but the Merton brothers were shut out today and did not record a win on the 11 race card. Ralph Silvestri III had a banner day, getting a driving triple

Jesses Doll has a new driver every week, this afternoon it was Ralph Silvestri III in the bike for trainer Michael Meza. The Open Trot had a full field, DC Ann (B. Aldrich Jr.) cut the mile with splits of 28.4, 58.4. Down the back side Apple Fritter (S. Keppler) flushed out Jessies Doll approaching the 5/8 marker hitting the next station in 1:27.4. Turning for home the 2 favorites two were going toe to toe, but Jessies Doll was strong enough to get the win in 1:57.2, Apple Fitter finished third. For Jessies Doll it was his second consecutive win, fourth win on the year.

Yankee On The Move (K. Dibenedetto) notched his second seasonal win after his score in 1:56 – $12.38 for trainer and part owner Anthony Regina, the aged gelding is also owned by Nicole Regina. The 11 race card also had a division of the NAADA vying for a purse of $8,500 that saw Yogi Sheridan and Shake N Bake take the event with a 2 length score in 1:59 -$4.64 over Baby Tao (S. Keppler) and Bontoni Degata S (S. Bako)

Rock A Honey (B. Aldrich Jr.) picked up a new seasonal mark with a win in 1:55.3 -$ 3.50, the 6 year old gelding is owned by Christopher Elia of Warren NJ. Come On Barbie from the 8 hole now has a 2 race win streak after the grey fillies win in 1:58.4 – $2.30 – Jimmy Devaux had a pair of winning drives.
