UNDERAGE GAMBLING & UNATTENDED CHILDREN
We care about preventing underage gambling.
You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase lottery tickets, play video gaming machines and place wagers on horse races in New York. Individuals under the age of 18 will be denied access to Monticello Casino & Raceway.
Parents should never leave a child unattended. If you observe an unattended child/children, please notify a staff member immediately. If we are unsuccessful in our efforts to reunite the child with the parent or responsible adult, we will contact the police department and/or the Office of Children and Family Services and release the child/children to their care.
If you observe any questionable situations anywhere on Monticello Casino & Raceway property, please notify a staff member immediately.
