The last 2 starts the 7 year old gelding Feelin Western has been straddled with an outside Post position, this week he benefitted from an inside post this week. This week from post 5, he rushed out of the gate and made the top past the opening panel. From that, point on it was smooth sailing as he scored in 1:56 – $8.22, Alilthundadownunda (M. Merton) was second, followed by Parmesan N (J. Taggart Jr.) Feelin Western is trained by Lisa Martin.

Katie Cotton (Bruce Aldrich Jr.) broke her maiden with a 2:00.1 – $11.14 for trainer Ron Langley, the 2 year old filly is by Highalator .Another 2 year old, Mojarras Maverick (M.
